Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities
1. Provides excellent customer service over the phone , via email, and/or online chat.
2. Resolves client inquiries expertly and promptly at the first point of contact or call out to appropriate level for resolution.
3. Builds sustainable relationships and engages customers by taking an extra mile in providing them help.
4. Ensures the accuracy of services provided to each customer through back-office support functions.
5. Provides quality solutions to customers while being decisive, firm and empathetic.
6. Ensures that tools and resources are utilized appropriately to efficiently resolve customer inquiries.
7. Helps in training employees and informs them about the company's customer management policies.

Qualifications
- Graduate or Undergraduate of any Medical Allied course: Midwifery, Radtech, PT, Dental Assisting, Surgical Technology, Nursing, Medical Billing, Practical Nursing, Pharmacy, Nursing Aide, Biology (Experience not required!)
- Non-Medical Allied? No problem! 6 months of BPO experience handling an HMO account works too.
- Flexibility for shifting schedules
- Ready to work onsite in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
- Available to start ASAP
Salary:
18.000,00 ₱ Monthly
