Job Description

The Customer Service Representative for our Healthcare and Billing Accounts is dedicated to providing outstanding support to our clients, ensuring a seamless experience throughout their healthcare journey. This role involves handling inquiries related to billing, insurance claims, and account management, while also addressing any issues that may arise.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Its functions are the following; however, they are not limited to:

- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls in a high-traffic call center setting.
- Effectively multitask, prioritize, and manage customer inquiries in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Communicate clearly and patiently with clients over the phone, addressing their concerns accurately.
- Provide informed responses to customer questions regarding billing, explain charges, and process payments as necessary.
- Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information, adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Exhibit strong customer service skills and communicate efficiently with a diverse range of clients.

SKILLS REQUIRED

- Experience in customer service is advantageous
- Familiarity with basic medical terminology is essential
- Ability to clearly articulate and interpret information both verbally and in writing
- Proficient in using computers, phone systems, and relevant software applications
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM is required
