Job Description

We are looking for a competent and customer-focused individual to join our team. As a Customer service Representative, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving problems, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will serve as the main point of contact for consumers and play a vital role in ensuring their satisfaction.
Responsibilities of Chat Support Associates:
Responding to Customer Inquiries: Engage customers in real-time chat conversations, providing prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Assist consumers with troubleshooting technical issues, product inquiries, and service-related issues. Analyze problems, ask penetrating questions, and lead customers through the implementation of step-by-step solutions.
Providing Product/Service Information: Provide comprehensive information about a product or service's attributes, pricing, specifications, and availability. Assist consumers in making informed purchase decisions by supplying accurate and pertinent information.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Proficient in understanding different levels of English comprehension.
2. High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
3. Previous experience in customer service or a related role is a plus.
4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
5. Empathetic and patient with exceptional interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
7. Skilled in using customer service software and CRM systems.
8. Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
9. Should possess a foundational knowledge of different IT terminologies and demonstrate comfort in working with them.
