Business Development Manager- Overseas Manpower

Conducts research on existing and new markets that can supply Manpower.
Identifies and establishes linkages with new projects in countries that may have Manpower requirements.
Initiates communication with clients through email and phone to find out if they are interested in hiring Manpower from the company
Pre-qualifies prospective clients.
Conducts initial presentations and negotiations with prospective clients.
Initiates and assists employers in the accreditation process with DMW and MWO.
Ensures timely renewal of Recruitment Agreements and accreditation of Employers.
Assists in planning for the company's foreign marketing trips, which include identifying clients, setting up meetings for the President, researching clients, etc.
Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management, or any related course.
Must have at least 3-5 years of related work experience
Excellent oral and written communication and coordination skills.
Possesses problem-solving and decision-making skills while using good judgment.
Networking aptitude with good customer service skills.
Good time management skills.
Effective listening skills, ability to collaborate, cultivate prospects, and build rapport with clients.
Proficient in MS Office applications, internet savvy, CRM database systems, and third-party email systems.
Willing to work in Makati City
