Job Summary:
The Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the organization. Reports to: Business Development Manager

Responsibilities
 Conduct research to identify new markets, customer needs, and industry trends.
 Analyze competitors to develop strategies that improve market positioning.
 Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
 Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
 Provide regular feedback to internal teams to improve service offerings.
 Collaborate with the management team to define business development goals and strategies.
 Serve as clients' primary point of contact, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.

Qualifications:
 Must know how to speak Korean/Japanese and English.
 Native or near-native proficiency in Korean/Japanese and English.
 Must have experience in Marketing and Sales
 Familiar with E-wallet platforms like Gcash and Paymaya
 Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
 Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
 Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities.
 Must be organized with a strong attention to detail.

Education and Experience
 Bachelor's degree

Schedule:
 5 days a week(Monday to Friday)
 9 hours duty including 1-hour break

Compensation and Benefits:
 70,000.00- 90,000.00 a month

Additional Benefits:
 Transportation and Meal Allowances
 HMO: 150,000 coverage
 Paid leave and sick leave
 13th-month pay

Salary:
80.000,00 ₱ Monthly
