Job Description
Functions (Duties and Responsibilities):
Branch Operations Management
- Oversee branch activities and implement operational policies.
- Monitor performance and ensure compliance with regulations.
Team Leadership
- Recruit and develop a high-performing team.
- Provide guidance and conduct performance evaluations.
Customer Relationship Management
-Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
-Address inquiries and improve customer satisfaction.
Sales and Business Development
- Develop strategies to meet sales targets and recruit agents.
- Identify market trends and expand the customer base.
Financial Management
-Manage the branch budget and ensure profitability.
- Monitor financial performance and ensure accurate reporting.
Risk Management
-Identify and mitigate operational and security risks.
- Implement and enforce safety measures and incident response procedures.
Job Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in a leadership role
- With at least 4 years of non-life insurance background; experience in life insurance is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of the industry, products, and services offered by the organization.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management.
- Sales and Marketing, Customer and Personal Service, Administration and Management
- Computer literacy and familiarity with relevant software applications. (use of MS Offices, Information Management System tools).
Training Required:
- Foundational Training such as Basic Non-life Insurance, Advanced courses in Motor, Fire/Property, Marine and Cargo, and Casualty Insurance; - Sales Management; Client Management; People Management
