Job Description
Location: Davao
Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Call Center Agent to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively, manage customer interactions professionally, and ensure a positive experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and courteously.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Assist customers with product selection and order placement.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in training sessions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with computers and basic software applications.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Call Center Agent or other similar field.
