Kitchen Supervisor

We are looking for talented and passionate employees for The Beer Factory Philippines operated by SEB CONNEXION INC.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, restaurant management, culinary, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Demonstrable experience in a supervisory capacity at restaurant, or similar.
- Extensive experience with forecasting, purchasing and inventory reports.
- In-depth knowledge in kitchen standard operations.
- Ability to improve, innovate and create a recipe.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers.
- Overseeing kitchen staff and full operation of the kitchen.
- Keeping records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance.
- Evaluating the supply and availability of the stocks.
Implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.
Monitoring shelve stocks, quality control and compliance of SOP's.
Motivating employees to achieve targets.
Training new staff members.
