Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and energetic individuals to join our kitchen team as Kitchen Staff and Crew. As a vital part of our culinary operation, you will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen environment. This role is essential to ensuring efficient kitchen operations and delivering high-quality dishes to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and cooking of various food items under the supervision of the head chef or kitchen supervisor.
Follow recipes and prepare ingredients for menu items according to portioning, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash.
Collaborate with other kitchen team members to ensure timely and accurate food production and delivery.
Monitor food stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to the kitchen manager or supervisor.
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Assist in receiving and storing deliveries, verifying contents against invoices, and ensuring proper storage and rotation of stock.
Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in a kitchen environment or similar role is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
Basic understanding of food safety practices and procedures.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently when necessary.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to withstand working in high temperatures and in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
