Job Description
Maintain inventory, supplier relations, and purchase goods for our e-commerce platform.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Train and manage the F&B team for peak performance.
Analyze consumer data for product assortment optimization.
Educational Qualifications: Must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
Experience Level: 1 to 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry is required.
Skills and Competencies: Demonstrated ability in team leadership, operations management, upholding quality control standards, and a strong work ethic are essential. Proficiency in restaurant management software is a plus.
Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department, manage staff schedules, ensure customer satisfaction, and comply with health and safety regulations.
Working Conditions: This role requires the flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The position may also involve standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of heavy objects.
Qualities and Traits: The ideal candidate will be a dedicated team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
