Job Description
-Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, or any food & beverage service management related course.
- Well versed in hotel Restaurant operations/related industry.
-Must be up to date with new trends available in the market.
-Has a passion for Food & Beverage.
-Able to engage with restaurant guests.
-A self-starter and can drive the team to optimize business revenues.
-Solution-driven and able to work in a fast paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
-Responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate completion of tasks related to the final preparation of bakery products in a fast-paced outlet kitchen environment.
-Improves existing processes and methods related to BOH operations.
-Monitor and Manages the inventory levels of bakery finishing supplies, such as icing, glazes, decorations, and packaging materials.
-Ensure accurate forecast in line with the store's sales volume and send orders for raw materials in a timely manner.
