- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years focused on government bidding and contracts. - Proven track record of securing government contracts and achieving sales targets. - Strong understanding of government procurement processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with government officials and stakeholders.
