Work Schedule: 40 hrs per week, 8 hrs per day, 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM/ 8:00 AM TO 5:00PM from Monday to Friday

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience as a recruiter or similar role (preferably in an International Organization)
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Communication or Related fields is a plus.
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking system
• Fluency in English Language is a huge plus.
• Excellent, interpersonal, negotiation, and communications skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the entire end to end recruitment processes.
• Source Potential candidates through job boards and social media by posting job ands and connecting with potential candidates.
• Screen and evaluate applicants based on qualifications.
• Perform necessary background checks.
• Conduct interviews in coordination with hiring VPs.
• Handle communication with and between candidates/applicants and the HR department.
• Build and maintain networks of prospective candidates by attending Job Conferences
• Manage job descriptions and announcements.
• Advise the HR departments on the recruitment process and recommend promising applicants to be hired.
• Function in accordance with established standards, procedures, and applicable laws.

Benefit Structure:

• Monthly Basic Salary: PHP 15,000 to 20,000
• 13th Month Pay: Prorated
• Vacation Leave and Sick Leave
