Job Requirements:
- Education - Requires Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, or BS Psychology.
- At least 2 years experience in related field, depending on the past work experience.
- Knowledge in all facets of HR, esp. in recruitment, training and development.
- Experience on retail industry is an advantage.
- Knowledge about department store policies and procedures is an advantage.
- This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge around all legal requirements in this role.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees.
- Experience in educating and coaching staff on policies and procedures.
- Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.
- Competency in Microsoft,and experience in using computers for a variety of tasks.

Job Summary:
- Takes ownership of all HR matters across the company standards.
- Leads and directs the routine functions of the Human Resources (Direct employees) such as:

a) Administering pay
b) Statutory (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig)
b) Learning and development
c) Company policies and procedures
d) Specifically, recruitment sourcing, hiring, deployment to endorse to the Requisitioner

- Develops HR policies and its implementation such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, and learning and development.
- Wage and salary data analysis to determine a competitive compensation plan subject for EXCOM approval
- Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
- Studies legislation, arbitration decisions, and collective bargaining contracts to assess industry trends.
