HR Recruiter

Job Description:

• Source and screen potential candidates through various channels (e.g., job portals, social media, referrals).
• Assist in the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
• Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply but must have a background in recruitment (e.g., internships or relevant coursework).
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with recruitment software is a plus.
