Job Description

- Sales Target Achievement: Develop flexible payment schemes in collaboration with relevant departments to meet and exceed annual sales targets.
- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of financial, technological, and demographic factors to identify market opportunities and mitigate competitive threats.
- Financial Monitoring: Monitor accounts receivables and payables diligently, taking proactive measures to address outstanding debts and obligations.
- Reporting and Feedback: Provide regular updates to the General Manager on sales performance, market trends, and feasibility studies, seeking input on strategic business initiatives.
- Supplier and Customer Relations: Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers through credit and background investigations, ensuring integrity and reliability in transactions.
- Team Supervision: Motivate and monitor team performance to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and achievement of targets.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing plans to expand the company's product/services portfolio and drive profitability.
- Market Analysis: Continuously analyze market dynamics, economic trends, and competitors' strategies to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
- Sales System Development: Collaborate with IT personnel to design and implement an effective sales system to enhance customer engagement and revenue generation.
- Ad Hoc Responsibilities: Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor to support organizational goals and objectives.

Minimum Qualification:

- Preferably a graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering graduate.
- With at least 5 years of related experience and at least 2 years of managerial experience.
- Experience in B2B Sales.
- Excellent organization, communication, interpersonal and selling skills.
- Proven ability to spot the right opportunity, set priorities put in place and execute correct strategies to convert the opportunity into real business.
Salary:
