Job Description

Reports To
The Marketing Assistant will report to the President and CEO, VP for Operations, General Manager, and Sales Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Prospect for new clients and build strong, long-term relationships with existing ones.
• Travel throughout your assigned region to meet with clients and attend industry events (as needed).
• Actively engage with clients, learning about their needs, and present product features and benefits.
• Answer client enquiries about products, pricing, and promotions.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify and qualify new leads within your assigned territory.
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant products or services to maximize sales potential.
• Provide ongoing customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
• Achieve established sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding customer service, sales practices, and cash handling.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience or strong interest in sales, preferably in real estate or car dealerships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze data.
• Willingness to travel and meet clients in person.
• For new graduates: Demonstrated interest in sales through internships, projects, or related coursework.
• Experience in the hotel industry or B2B sales is advantage.
