Regional Sales Associate
Reports To
The Marketing Assistant will report to the President and CEO, VP for Operations,
General Manager, and Sales Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities
 Prospect for new clients and build strong, long-term relationships with existing
ones.
 Travel throughout your assigned region to meet with clients and attend industry
events (as needed).
 Actively engage with clients, learning about their needs, and present product
features and benefits.
 Answer client enquiries about products, pricing, and promotions.
 Conduct thorough market research to identify and qualify new leads within your
assigned territory.
 Upsell and cross-sell relevant products or services to maximize sales potential.
 Provide ongoing customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
 Achieve established sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the
sales team.
 Follow company policies and procedures regarding customer service, sales
practices, and cash handling.
Qualifications
 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
 Proven experience or strong interest in sales, preferably in real estate or car
dealerships.
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
 Ability to conduct market research and analyze data.
 Willingness to travel and meet clients in person.
 For new graduates: Demonstrated interest in sales through internships, projects,
or related coursework.
 Experience in the hotel industry or B2B sales is advantage.
