Job Description
• Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, email marketing and conducting reference checks for Overseas Clients.
• Manage general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, answering phones, and responding to email inquiries.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments as needed.
• Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations.
• Business development like email marketing and Client call introduction.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, referrals and call presentation to identify potential candidates.
• With at least one (1) year of experience or related experience in the recruitment process.
• Knowledgeable about different recruitment portals.
