Housekeeping Supervisor
Camp Netanya Resort & Spa is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeping
Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Housekeeping Department, ensuring the
highest standards of cleanliness and service throughout the resort. The Housekeeping
Supervisor will manage and guide Housekeeping Attendants, Room Attendants, Public Area
Attendants, Linen Attendants, and Laundry Attendants to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep
of guest rooms, resort grounds, common areas, restrooms, function rooms, and administrative
offices. This role requires a deep understanding of our service standards, a commitment to both
training and personal development, and the ability to act as Officer-in-Charge (OIC) in the
absence of the Housekeeping Manager.
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for ensuring a high standard of guest experience
by greeting guests warmly and enforcing grooming and uniform standards among the team.
They must adhere to corporate policies, maintain brand standards, and uphold sanitation and
safety protocols, including inspecting PPE and cleaning equipment. The role involves
collaborating with the Housekeeping Manager on goal-setting and policy development,
conducting staff meetings, managing schedules, and providing training and evaluations. The
Supervisor oversees efficient room cleaning, manages inspections, and handles maintenance
issues while ensuring public areas, function rooms, and activity areas are clean and safe. They
also manage laundry operations, including linen and towel inventory and processing. Regular
reporting, including updating daily reports and managing Incident Reports, is required, alongside
implementing cleaning and maintenance programs. Additionally, the Supervisor handles shift
coverage, manages workforce schedules, and takes on other duties as assigned with a positive
attitude.
Qualifications:
● Male or Female.
● Aged 25 - 35 years old, preferred.
● Must be willing to work in Mabini, Batangas.
● Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree of any field; Hospitality Management or related field a
plus.
● At least 2 years of experience as Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar role.
● Training Certificates a plus.
● Excellent in written and verbal communication.
● Extensive knowledge in Housekeeping Department.
● Enthusiastic and adaptable, with a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
● Computer Literate.
● Must be able to accommodate flexible work schedules.
