Job Description

Monitoring inventory levels, conducting regular stock counts, and reconciling variances to ensure accuracy.
Inputting data related to inventory transactions into the company's database or inventory management system. Maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date records of inventory movements.
Assisting with the processing of purchase orders and ensuring timely replenishment of inventory to meet operational needs.
Collaborating with the quality control team to identify and address any issues related to product quality or discrepancies in inventory.
Generating reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies for management review. Providing insights and recommendations for improving inventory management processes.
Working closely with other departments such as purchasing, logistics, and sales to coordinate inventory-related activities and resolve any issues that may arise.
Assisting in periodic audits of inventory to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
