Job Description

DUTIES, RESPONSBILITIES

Overall Operations -Organizes the management of foundation components
including verbal and written communications between
foundations and program departments.
-Designs and maintains a system that ensures foundation
proposal deadlines and reporting components are met.
-Communicates with foundations to approve grant
agreements, arrange for recognition requirements, and
answer all inquiries regarding the foundations program.
-Facilitates mid-year and final reports to foundations.
-Accountable for maintaining internal spreadsheets and
fundraising database records regarding foundations.
-Utilize foundation research database to identify new
foundation-based funding opportunities.
-Provides support in the preparation of foundation
applications.
-Coordinates with the EFI Team to assist in the required
recognition of foundations by way of website, social media
and the annual report.

-Develops and researches the best practices for the
foundation program and effectively assists in
implementing coordination of foundation proposals with
Board of Directors
-Assist in keeping EFI engaged and delighted.
-Accepts other duties as assigned.
-Pursue the membership and handle the requirements of
EFI in the Association of Foundation

Minimum
Qualification
Standards

 Bachelor’s degree in environmental studies,
Social Sciences, Business Administration, or
a related field.
 2 -3 years of experience in NGO,
Educational Foundation, sustainability, non-

profit management, or a related area.
 Strong organizational and project
management skills, with the ability to
manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 Excellent communication skills, both written
and verbal, with the ability to engage a
variety of audiences.
 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
 A strong understanding of CSR principles
and practices, including sustainability,
community engagement, and ethical business
practices.
 Ability to work collaboratively in a team
environment as well as independently.
