Job Description

DUTIES, RESPONSBILITIES FREQUENCY
Regular Occasional Periodic

Overall (KRA) 1. Product Development:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including
R&D, design, and sales, to develop new products
from concept to launch.
- Conduct market research to identify customer
needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to
inform product development.
- Define product positioning, key features, and
benefits to align with market demands and company
goals.
2. Brand Strategy and Management:
- Develop and implement brand strategies to
strengthen brand equity and awareness.
- Oversee the creation and execution of branding
initiatives, including advertising campaigns,
packaging, and promotional activities.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual
identity across all marketing channels and
touchpoints.
3. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct primary and secondary market research
to gather insights on customer behavior, market
trends, and competitive analysis.
- Analyze research data to inform strategic
decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of
marketing campaigns and brand performance.
4. Marketing Campaigns and Communications:
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns
to promote new products and brand initiatives.
- Develop compelling content for various marketing
channels, including digital, print, social media, and
events.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and
vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables.
5. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring
efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Track and report on budget performance, making
adjustments as needed to stay within financial
targets.
6. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing
professionals, providing guidance and support to
achieve team and individual goals.
- Foster a collaborative working environment with
internal teams and external partners to drive
successful outcomes.
7. Performance Metrics and Reporting:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to
measure the success of branding and marketing
efforts.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on
marketing performance, insights, and
recommendations.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business
Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree
preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand marketing,
product development, and market research.
- Proven track record of developing and launching
successful products and brand campaigns.
- Strong understanding of market research
methodologies and data analysis.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and
project management skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a
collaborative and results-oriented culture.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing
analytics tools.
- Experience in Category of products is a plus.
