Benefits Supervisor

Manages and oversee benefits section (performance monitoring, coaching, mentoring)
Key contact of Account Officers of government agencies
Directly coordinates with AOs with regard to concerns pertaining to government claims and contributions
Ensures that all reports and scorecards are updated and delivered based on agreed timeline
Leads monthly alignment with OP and other TNCI depts per request
Key contact of all HMO and Insurance providers (application and enrollment; contract renewal)
Creation of new processes in coordination and alignment with ETP that are significant in the improvement of the benefits section.
Updating of Benefits manual in coordination and alignment with ETP
Handles Benefits SOPO
Oversee E-care and ensure concerns are addressed based on an agreed timeline. Escalation to ETP should there be critical concerns raised that need to be resolved
In charge of mancom report with close coordination with ETP
Updating of E-library where benefits docs are stored and ensuring all documents are intact for future reference
