Job Description

COMPANY PROFILE:
An online tutorial business founded in 2009, with students from Japan, China, Taiwan, Russia, Brazil, Vietnam, Thailand, and Mongolia. They are using an effective e-learning classroom application that is handy for both students and teachers.

Position: Recruitment Supervisor
Company Industry: English Language School
Work Location: Cebu City
Work Schedule: 8am-5pm
Salary: Php, 25,000 (depending on experience)
Work Set Up: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or any related field
✨ At least 3 year’s experience in Recruitment or have similar role
✨ With atleast 1-2 years supervisory experience
✨ Amenable to work onsite
✨ Amenable to work a soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Supervise and lead the recruitment team, providing guidance and support
✨ Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.
✨ Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process.
✨ Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure they meet the company’s requirements.
✨ Collaborate with department managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
