Job Description
A. Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Process government-mandated benefits related to Social Security System, Philhealth, and Home Mutual Development Fund.
2. Process and monitor company-initiated benefits.
3. Prepare payroll instructions related to Benefits.
B. Qualifications Summary:
1. Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
2. Experience:
At least 1 year of equivalent experience in the field of Human Resources specifically in Benefits Administration
3. Competency requirements:
Basic understanding of employee benefits programs, policies, and regulations.
4. Skill requirements:
MS Office applications proficient
Excellent organizational skills in managing benefits records and documentation
Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and records maintenance
