Job Description

-Develop and implement a sales capacity development plan based on the company‘s business goals and strategies.
-Build and organize training programs and coaching for salespersons about product knowledge, sales processes, sales policies, and sales abilities.
-Mentor salespeople and accompany them to the market to monitor and execute sales; analyze, supervise, and improve training content to enhance training efficiency.
-Monitor and evaluate salespeople‘s performance to ensure they fulfill sales objectives and quality standards.
-Work with internal departments to ensure that sales policies, product knowledge, and communication with the sales staff are up-to-date.
-Regular reports on training performance and advancement toward sales capacity-building targets.
-Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager or related to the scope of work to achieve the business goals of the company.
