Job Description

Finance Manager
Reports To
Will report to the Managing Director, VP for Operations, Sales Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities
 Supervise and manage the accounting department, overseeing the day-to-day
accounting and administrative works of the team.
 Ensures accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and
budgets.
 Maintain the integrity of the general ledger by reviewing journal entries,
reconciling accounts, and resolving discrepancies.
 Collaborates with other departments to monitor budgets, provide financial
analysis and recommendations.
 Ensures compliance with accounting principles, laws, and regulations.
 Coordinates and assists with internal and external audits.
 Identifies process improvement opportunities to streamline accounting operations
and enhance efficiency.
 Provide guidance, training, and support to accounting staff, monitoring their
performance, and promoting professional development.
 Conduct financial analysis to assess the organization's financial performance,
identify trends, and provide insights to management.
Qualifications
 Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field such as CPA is
highly preferred.
 Proven experience in Finance/accounting, including supervisory or managerial
roles.
 Thorough knowledge of Finance/accounting principles, practices, and regulations
(e.g., GAAP).
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial
data and provide strategic insights.
 Adequate to proficient of SAP Business One software and MS Office applications
is highly noted
 Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage
a team and collaborate with stakeholders.
 Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
 Knowledge of internal control processes and experience with audit coordination.

POSITION SALARY COMMISSION
( 1 ) ACCOUNTING 35,000 + 10% after Override sales commission upon

Salary:
35.000,00 ₱ Monthly
