Finance Manager(CPA)

Directly reporting to CEO
Oversee the financial activity of the 2 companies.

Managing and auditing of accounting department and Finance function.
Forecast sales and expenses.
Preparation of timely and accurate financial statements and annual reports.
Ensuring compliance to statutory law, finance, and tax regulations. Liaise with tax officers and other regulatory bodies.
Overseeing Treasury and Taxation functions.
Managing external banking relationships.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
Solving technical accounting issues.
Coordinate with external auditors for year-end financial audits.
Oversee Financial Systems and external providers of systems management and system upgrades.
Managing & upgrading Internal Financial Controls.
Team Management including mentoring and staff development. Foster a collaborative and high-performing accounting and finance team.
Provides annual budget information; monitors expenditures; identifies variances; implements corrective actions.
Working closely with Executive Leadership team to deliver reports, analysis findings, potential risk areas and forecast opportunities.
Monitor the annual budget, working closely with department heads to align financial goals with operational objectives. Implement cost control measures and identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
Renew business insurance by scheduling values including personal and real property, vehicles, computers, equipment, media, and accounts receivable.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accountancy and is a Certified Public Accountant
With at least five (5) years of experience as an Accounting Manager
With experience in managing multiple companies
Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations
With excellent leadership skills and interpersonal skills
With excellent written and oral communication skills

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
