Job Description
• Provide first-level technical support to users of HRIS and MYXfinancials systems via phone, email, or chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including developers and product specialists, to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
• Assist users with system navigation, functionalities, and basic training to enhance their understanding.
• Document and maintain detailed records of user interactions, issues, and resolutions in the support ticketing system.
• Stay updated on system updates, new features, and industry best practices to provide accurate and timely support.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven supervisory at least 3 years of experience in technical support, with a focus on HRIS and financial systems.
• Knowledge of data security and privacy standards related to HR and financial systems.
• Strong understanding of HRIS and financial software architecture and functionality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Familiarity with support ticketing systems and customer relationship management
• Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate client needs.
