Job Description
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a variety of devices, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
• Experience in repairing and replacing hardware components such as motherboards, processors, RAM, hard drives, and peripherals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, understand their technical issues, and provide solutions in a courteous and professional manner.
