Job Description

Assist the manager in ensuring that requirements of accounts are met. Ensures implementation of Standard Operating Procedures of the department. Ensures that all rate requests by customers are attended to on time. Ensures that existing accounts are maintained. Ensures that carriers rate are updated and filed on time. Ensures that shipments of accounts being handled by the department are properly monitored. Handles and ensures that any claims of the department related to shipments are being attended and replied to on time. Visit accounts as requested. Assists the manager in ensuring that Company Policy and Code of Conduct are followed by Customer Service personnel. Prepares and submits reports as required by the manager and/or management.
Salary:
30.000,00 ₱ Monthly
