Domestic Supervisor

Checks and received Job Order from concerned departments and forwards to Customer Service for proper handling and monitoring. Handles booking of shipments to carries and co-loaders. Responds promptly to rate inquiries from customers, shippers, forwarders received via email or phone. Responds to follow-ups and concerns of various departments. Receives, evaluate and recommend any claims from the customers. Visits domestic agents from time to time and evaluate their performance every six months. Performs leadership tasks with the Domestic Department Manager.
