Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Call Center Manager to join our logistics and supply chain team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the call center, ensuring excellent customer service, resolving customer issues, and managing a team of call center representatives.

Qualifications:
- BPO / Call Center Experience as Supervisor or Assistant Call Center Manager (at least 2 years)
- Experience in handling Trucking, Freight Services and / or Logistics Accounts
- Excellent communication skills
- Amenable to work onsite (Makati City) and/or
- Nightshift schedule
Salary:
50.000,00 ₱ Monthly
