Operations Officer (Antipolo)

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Science, Entomology, Business Administration) preferred.

Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the pest control or related industry.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a customer-centric approach.

Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheet and operational software tools.

Knowledge of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles and practices preferred.

Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
