Job Description

Operations Manager (Preferably Half Filipino/Half Japanese)

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the
company, ensuring that business processes are efficient and aligned with company goals.
This role requires strong communication skills in both Japanese and English to coordinate
with local and international stakeholders.
Job Description:
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and
productivity.
• Manage daily business operations, including logistics, warehouse, sales,
and production.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure operational targets
are met.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to align with business
objectives.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges promptly.
• Establish and maintain relationships with Japanese partners and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or
related field.
• Preferably half Filipino and half Japanese with fluency in both Japanese and
English.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in
the food distribution industry.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in business operations software and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of cultural business practices in Japan is a plus.
