Job Description

This role is crucial for providing administrative and creative support to our marketing efforts, including content creation, campaign implementation, and event coordination. Additionally, this role may involve supporting our Business Development Managers (BDMs) in AU, UK, or US, ensuring seamless integration of marketing and sales initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, highly organized, and possesses a keen willingness to learn and grow within the role. Experience or skills in graphic design will be considered a significant plus.

Successful candidates who can start between April to May will be entitled to a 10K signing bonus.

Responsibilities:
•Assist in the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns to drive engagement and sales.
•Provide editing support for visual content, including photos and videos, for marketing materials and social media channels.
•Coordinate logistics for marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and promotional activities.
•Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer preferences.
•Develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements to support sales and marketing strategies.
•Manage and curate content for social media accounts, including scheduling and content creation.
•Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights for improvement.
•Provide administrative support to the marketing and creative team, ensuring efficient operation through scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files.
•Occasionally support Business Development Managers in AU, UK, or US with marketing-related tasks, ensuring alignment between sales and marketing efforts.
•Stay updated on marketing industry trends and best practices to improve our marketing strategies continuously.

Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
•At least 2 years of experience in marketing, with a preference for candidates with experience or interest in digital marketing and creative content production
•A self-motivated individual with a proactive attitude, capable of working independently and as part of a team
•A high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to support cross-functional teams
•Proficiency in office management systems and procedures, with a strong foundation in time management and prioritization
•Graphic design skills or experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a significant plus
•Willing to work on-site from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday, in Eastwood, Quezon City, with flexibility to adjust hours as needed to support international teams
