Corporate Communications Officer

REPORTS TO: Marketing Manager
BUSINESS/WORK UNIT: EHI SALARY GRADE: PHP30,000 – PHP40,000

JOB SUMMARY

The Corporate Communications Officer is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing
communication plans to promote the company's products, services, and brand image. They will collaborate with
various departments to ensure alignment of messaging and branding across all communication channels. The
Corporate Communications Officer will also oversee the creation of marketing materials, such as advertising
campaigns, press releases, and digital content, to effectively reach target audiences and achieve business
objectives.

KEY RESULT AREA DUTIES, RESPONSBILITIES & OUTPUT

Brand Consistency:
 Produces and establishes brand consistency across
all communication channels of Elev8 Group (e.g.,
website, social media, print materials) through
brand guidelines adherence.
Message Clarity:
 Develops and monitors the clarity and
effectiveness of marketing communication
materials through surveys, feedback, and content
engagement metrics for Elev8 Group.
Brand Identity Management:
 Enhances and implements brand sentiment and
perception through and customer feedback
mechanisms such as Internal CSAT Survey, NPS,
Brand Lift Studies.

CREATION AND

Content Quality:
 Formulates measurement for content quality
based on engagement metrics (likes, shares,
comments, time spent) and content relevance to
target audience needs.

Content Reach:
 Track content reach and amplification metrics
(impressions, reach, shares) across various
channels to assess content distribution

Content Diversity:
 Devises the monitoring and implementation of the
variety and freshness of content produced (e.g.,
blog posts, videos, infographics) to ensure diverse
and engaging communication.

Website Traffic and Engagement:
 Produces and executes the website traffic
(sessions, pageviews) and user engagement
(bounce rate, time on site) to assess the
effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
Social Media Performance:
 Creates metrics and analyzes social media metrics
(followers, engagement rate, click-through rate) to
evaluate the impact of social media campaigns
and content.
Email Marketing Effectiveness:
 Develops monitoring and plan for email open
rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to
assess the effectiveness of email marketing
campaigns.

Media Coverage:
 Implements and measures the quantity and
quality of media coverage (mentions, sentiment)
in relevant publications and channels.
Press Release Performance:
 Executes press release plans and monitor press
release effectiveness based on distribution reach,
pickup rates, and media inquiries generated.
Relationship Building:
 Assess the development and maintenance of
relationships with media contacts and industry
influencers and ensures client saturation and
expansion with Elev8 Group products and services
offered.
Event Attendance and Engagement:
 Provides and monitors event attendance, and

ROI of Sponsorship Activities:
 Monitoring the return on investment (ROI) of
sponsorship activities by assessing brand visibility,
leads generated, and business opportunities

Post-Event Feedback:
 Establish post-event feedback from attendees,
partners, and stakeholders to identify areas for
improvement and measure satisfaction levels.

Collateral Usage:
 Development of marketing collateral (brochures,
flyers, presentations) and monitoring the usage
and distribution, to ensure alignment with
marketing objectives and target audience needs.
Collateral Effectiveness:
 Measure the impact and effectiveness of
marketing collateral through metrics such as
downloads, inquiries generated, and conversion
rates.
Collateral Feedback:
 Gather feedback from sales teams, customers, and
stakeholders on the relevance, usefulness, and
quality of marketing collateral.

outlets. This includes crafting press releases,
pitching stories, and managing media inquiries.
 Ability to create engaging and compelling

including written content (articles, blog posts,

infographics), and multimedia content (podcasts,
webinars).
 Strong writing and editing skills to craft clear,
concise, and persuasive copy for marketing
materials, press releases, website content, social
media posts, and other communication
channels.
 Knowledge of digital marketing principles and

(SEO), email marketing, social media marketing,
content marketing, and online advertising.
 Proficiency in managing corporate social media
accounts (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook,

company's website or other digital assets.
 Ability to develop and implement crisis
communication plans, including timely and
effective responses to sensitive issues, negative
publicity, and emergencies that may impact the

channels and touchpoints.
 Basic graphic design skills to create visually
appealing assets such as social media graphics,
presentations, and marketing collateral using
tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
 Familiarity with website content management
systems (CMS) like WordPress to update website
content, publish blog posts, and optimize web
pages for search engines.
 Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google
Analytics, social media analytics) to track and
analyze key performance metrics, measure the
effectiveness of communication campaigns, and
generate insights for optimization.
 Basic knowledge of multimedia production tools
and software to create and edit videos,
podcasts, and other multimedia content for
marketing and communication purposes.
 Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute
corporate events, including conferences,
seminars, webinars, product launches, and
media briefings.
 Familiarity with email marketing automation
platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) to create,

Qualification
Standards

 Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a
related field in communication.
