Job Description

Hybrid | Makati | Day (2x onsite/week)

Requirements:
> (Non-nego Requirement) 5 years of combined experience in SEO, Pay-per-click, digital and physical content management/project management, employer branding and public relations.
> Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications are a plus.
> Proven experience in marketing communications, with at least 10 years in a similar role.
> Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to different audiences and channels.
> Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and web analytics.
> Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
> Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation.
> Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
> Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team.
> Knowledge of industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies in marketing communications.
> Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Role & Responsibilities

The Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in crafting and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and promote products or services effectively. This position requires a creative, strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of various marketing channels. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop compelling content, manage campaigns, and maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.

Develop Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis to inform strategy development.
Content Creation: Create engaging and persuasive content for various marketing materials, including website copy, blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, press releases, and advertising materials. Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone.
Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and email marketing. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies for maximum impact.
Public Relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, bloggers, influencers, and industry stakeholders to secure press coverage and partnerships. Draft press releases, media pitches, and other communications to generate positive media exposure and manage crisis communications when necessary.
Brand Management: Uphold brand standards and guidelines across all marketing communications to ensure consistency and coherence. Work closely with the design team to develop visual assets that reinforce brand identity and messaging.
Event Management: Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, conferences, and sponsorships to promote brand awareness and engage target audiences. Coordinate logistics, manage vendor relationships, and measure the success of events against predetermined goals.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges. Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make datadriven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Communicate marketing initiatives and provide support to ensure consistent messaging and customer experience
