Job Description

As a Sales Representative at Glosons Trading Co., you will be the face of our company to potential clients. Your role involves promoting our products, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth. If you’re passionate about sustainability and have excellent communication skills, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:
• Product Promotion: Present, promote, and sell our foodservice paper products to existing and prospective customers.
• Needs Analysis: Conduct cost-benefit analyses and needs assessments for clients to tailor solutions that meet their requirements.
• Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain positive business relationships with clients through regular communication.
• Lead Generation: Reach out to potential customers through cold calling and networking.
• Issue Resolution: Expedite the resolution of customer inquiries, problems, and complaints.
• Sales Targets: Achieve agreed-upon sales targets within specified timeframes.
• Market Insights: Analyze the market potential and track sales performance.
• Reporting: Provide management with reports on customer needs, competitive activities, and product demand.
Salary:
