-Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cafe, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to standard operating procedures.
-Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
-Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the cafe, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
-Monitor the quality of food and beverages served to maintain high standards.
-Conduct regular checks on equipment and ensure that all safety and sanitation regulations are followed.
-Supervise and lead a team of cafe staff, including baristas, servers, and kitchen personnel.
-Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills.
-Generate regular reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance for management review.
