Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure a memorable dining experience for every guest.
As the heart of our restaurant, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, from staff management and customer service to budget control and business development
Job Qualifications:
● Minimum [2-5 years] experience in a restaurant management role.
● Proven track record of success in staff leadership, team building, and motivating employees.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
● Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
● Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and basic financial reporting.
● Passion for the hospitality industry and a deep understanding of food and beverage operations
