Lead, motivate, and manage the retail team, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability,
and excellence.
Continuously assess and optimize store operations to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and
improve productivity.
Manage inventory levels, including procurement, replenishment, and inventory control
measures to minimize losses and ensure product availability.
Ensure a superior customer experience by maintaining high standards of service, visual
merchandising, and store cleanliness.
Oversee the store's budget, monitor financial performance, and make data-driven decisions
to drive profitability.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality control
standards.
Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely
and cost-effective procurement.
Identify opportunities for process improvements in all aspects of store operations and
implement changes as needed.
Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and staff by implementing
safety protocols and security measures.
Leverage technology solutions for inventory management, point-of-sale systems, and data
analysis to enhance operations and decision-making.
Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and product
knowledge.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to make informed decisions about product selection,
pricing, and service improvements.
Prepare regular reports on store performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and
operational metrics for senior management.
Contribute to the expansion and growth of the retail business by evaluating potential new
locations and opportunities.
