Job Description
* HR professional responsible for the coordination and administration of day-to-day people operations and office management. Handles the daily responsibilities of talent management, employee onboarding, and administering compensation and benefits plans for the human resources department. Generalists also play roles in workforce management and enforcing compliance with organizational policies and legal regulations.
Knowledgeable and with about 2 to 4 years work experience in the Human Resource Department in all areas of HR as follows:
a. Recruitment
b. Compensation and Benefits (CompBen)
c. Timekeeping and Payroll
d. Employee/Labor Relations - DOLE coordination and reportorial compliance
6. Employee wellness and welfare
7. Training (experience not so necessary but will be of advantage)
NOTE : willing to work and/or to be assigned in Caloocan City or Paranaque
- Salary:
- 17.000,00 ₱ Monthly
