Job Description

Position Overview:

As the HR Lead, your role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of the human resources department within an organization. Your responsibilities typically encompass a wide range of tasks related to managing personnel, fostering a positive work culture, and aligning HR strategies with the overall goals of the company.

Recruitment and Onboarding:
Oversee the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are integrated smoothly into the organization.

Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflicts, working to resolve issues in a fair and timely manner.
Building positive relationships between employees and management is crucial for maintaining a healthy work environment.

Performance Management:
Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and facilitate career development.
Conduct performance reviews, setting goals, and identifying training needs.

Training and Development:
Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Organizing soft-skills training workshops, seminars, or online courses, as well as overseeing mentorship or coaching programs.

Compensation and Benefits:
Oversee the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and align with industry standards.
Conduct salary reviews, bonus programs, and managing employee benefits such as health insurance and retirement plans.

Policy Development and Compliance:
Develop HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Ensure that these policies are communicated effectively to employees and consistently applied throughout the organization.

HR Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize data and analytics to assess HR metrics such as employee turnover, retention rates, and engagement levels.
Collaborate with department leaders to help guide decision-making and identify areas for improvement within the organization.

Strategic Planning:
Contribute to the development of HR strategies aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
Forecasting future HR needs, identifying talent gaps, and implementing initiatives to support organizational growth and success.

Leadership and Team Management:
As an HR lead, provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Delegate tasks, set priorities, and ensure that team members have the resources they need to succeed.

QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of Human Resources, Business Management or any related course.
3+ years of working experience as an HR Generalist
Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element.
Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary:
40.000,00 ₱ Monthly
