HR Total Rewards Specialist
Location: Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila

We are seeking an experienced HR Total Rewards Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the Design and implement total reward policies aligned with HR and business strategy. Manage operational transactions, serve as a subject matter expert, and ensure compliance with laws and standards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with a preferred math background.
- 4 years of TR experience in planning and strategy.
- 3 years of analytics experience with advanced Excel knowledge.
- Strong collaboration, presentation, and communication skills.
- HR experience with analytics proficiency.

Good to Have:
- Knowledgeable in analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, macro, and VBA).
