Job Description
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
• Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
• Ensure the organization’s compliance with government regulations
• Ensure all company HR policies and procedures are applied consistently
• Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
• Analyze trends in compensation and benefits
• Design and implement employee retention strategies
Job Qualifications:
• 10-15 years experience in managing Human Resources.
• Graduate of psychology, behavioral science, human resource development or other related courses
• With background in human resource, labor relations, organizational development, business management and other relevant work experience
• Ensure all company HR policies and procedures are applied consistently
• Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations
• Demonstrated efficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Willing to report in the office (Cubao, Quezon City)
