Job Description

- Develop B2B marketing strategies: The marketing officer must analyze the target market and develop B2B marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

- Conduct market research: Conduct research to understand the target audience, their behavior, and their pain points to create campaigns that resonate with potential customers.

- Create B2B marketing campaigns: Develop and execute campaigns that target other businesses using tactics such as email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), social media, webinars, and more.

- Manage lead generation: Develop and execute lead generation campaigns, including identifying target accounts and contacts, creating marketing materials, and executing campaigns.

- Collaborate with business development team: Work closely with the business development team to align marketing campaigns with the sales process and support them with the necessary marketing materials.

- Measure and analyze results: Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results.

- Manage budgets: Manage marketing budgets and ensure that campaigns are executed within the allocated budget.

- Stay up-to-date with marketing trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and techniques, as well as changes in the B2B industry to ensure that the company stays ahead of the competition.
Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice

Job requirement;

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or any related field.

- Certificates and/or seminars attended related to the field and background experience in the field of EdTech is a plus.

- Experience in digital marketing, account-based marketing, and demand generation are also valuable.

- Analytical Skills: Should be able to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve marketing strategies.

- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to develop marketing materials, communicate with clients and team members, and present marketing plans to senior management.

- Creativity: The ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns that stand out in a crowded market is a crucial aspect of this role.

- Knowledge of CRM and Marketing Automation tools: Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation tools is essential in creating and executing campaigns, managing customer data, and tracking performance metrics.

- Understanding of Industry: Should have a strong understanding of the industry in which their company operates, including the competitive landscape, target audience, and market trends.
