Job Description

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or any 4-year business-related course
At least 1 year of experience in the same capacity, preferably gained from the same industry.
Knowledge of Accounting practices
Knowledge in Financial Reporting
Knowledge of Government Statutory requirements
Can work onsite in Mckinley, Taguig
Can start immediately

I. JOB OBJECTIVES:
Responsible for providing financial, administrative, and clerical support in order to ensure effective, efficient and
accurate financial and administrative operations of the Accounting Department.

II. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Inventory and Asset Recording
1. Coordinates and cooperates with other relevant S2 teams in conducting reconciliation between actual physical inventory
count and asset listing per book.
2. Maintains accurate and updated records of all capitalized assets sold.
3. Runs monthly depreciation.
4. Prepares fixed assets and depreciation schedule.
5. Maintains fixed assets master list.
6. Performs month-end procedures for inventory management.
Bank Reconciliation
1. Ensures that all bank transactions are identified on a daily basis.
2. Prepares accurate and balanced bank reconciliation reports.
3. Checks series and reports if with exceptions
Monitoring and safekeeping of BIR and other Documents (OR, SOA pads, Authority to Print, and ATULL)
1. Monitoring the sufficiency of OR booklets and SOA pads. Ordering of OR Booklets and SOA pads.
2. Monitoring and safekeeping of authority to print and ATULL.
Others
1. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
