Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers, understanding their concerns, and providing effective solutions. This role involves being the single point of contact for all inquiries and working with customers across multiple channels such as phone, email, live chat, co-browsing, and social media.

Responsibilities
• Interact with customers and immediately understand the context of their concerns and/or requests.
• Ability to switch effortlessly between channels and be the single point of contact for all inquiries.
• Research and provide solutions to customer inquiries quickly.
• In cases that are highly technical or require decision-making, escalate to the appropriate teams and ensure the resolution of the case.
• Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and handling any changes in the policy.
• Ensure all compliance requirements are satisfied.
• Meet and maintain daily and monthly service level standards.

Qualifications:

At least 6 months' work experience handling HMOs with at least 2 years college education, any course
If no HMO work experience, at least 2 years college education of any MEDICAL ALLIED course (ex. BS Nursing, BS Psych, MedTech, RadTech, Physical Therapist, Caregiver, Midwife, etc.)
Able and willing to work ON-SITE in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
Able and willing to work in a shifting schedule.
No BPO experience needed.
Salary:
18.000,00 ₱ Monthly
